Fluffy looks just like the Little Cesar dog. He is a typical Westy.  Picks his friends and likes to harass all others.  He gets along with other dogs, so long as he is in control.  He loves the girls, tolerates most boys.  He is difficult at adoption events because he will snap if you try to rush him into a friendship.  Once he knows you, he loves you for life.  He is very loyal to the people he accepts into his circle.  He really should be with another female dog and in a home with either no children or older children.  We will not consider a home with children under 12.
